The Low Birth Rate and Population Aging Forum will feature keynote addresses by ministers from both countries as well as presentations and discussions by experts in the fields of pension and income security policy on measures to establish a multi-tiered old-age income security system in order to proactively respond to the rapidly progressing aging problem.
