(2013) Financial Stability Measures from the Third Financial Estimation Committee (1) — Centered on Committee Member Yoon Seok-myung’s Proposal

At the 2013 Third Financial Estimation Committee,

two opposing financial stability measures were presented.

The content was compiled based on the presentations of the two committee members responsible for financial stability measures at the time, through a coordination process among all committee members.

(Financial Stability Measure 1)

was drafted based on the presentation of Committee Member Yoon Seok-myung. The content included in the report is substantially watered down compared to the financial stability measure Committee Member Yoon originally proposed.
