the Pension Future Forum’s

Basic Pension reform plan

is attached as a file.

On April 24, 2026,

at the National Assembly Main Building,

this material

was delivered by Kim Dae-young, Chair of the

Future Generations Network under the Pension Future Forum,

along with the Forum’s

Secretary-General, Kim Hak-ju,

and its Leader, Yoon Seok-myung,

in the form of a joint presentation.

Of all the Basic Pension reform plans

put forward in the Republic of Korea

to date, we are confident

that this is the most realistic alternative,

and it even sets out

a concrete roadmap

for implementation.

The appendix includes the OECD’s recommendations

on overhauling the Basic Pension,

issued from 2010

through 2020.

Readers will be able to confirm

that the Basic Pension reform plan

put forward by the Pension Future Forum

coincides exactly

with the OECD’s recommendations

on Basic Pension reform.
