Operating Rules

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Name) This organization shall be called the "Pension Future Forum."

Article 2 (Purpose) The purpose of this organization is to conduct policy research on the sustainability and intergenerational equity of the pension system and to share its findings with society.

Article 3 (Office) The office of this organization shall be located at a place designated by the President.

Chapter 2 Membership

Article 4 (Eligibility) Membership is open to any person who agrees with the purpose of this organization's activities and applies to join in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

Article 5 (Rights of Members) Members have the right to take part in the organization's activities and to access its materials.

Article 6 (Duties of Members) Members shall comply with the organization's operating rules and code of ethics.

Chapter 3 Operations

Article 7 (General Meeting) A regular general meeting shall be held once a year.

Article 8 (Decision-Making) Key matters of the organization shall be decided by the consent of a majority of the members present.
