(2013) Discussion of the Automatic Adjustment Mechanism by the 3rd Financial Estimation Committee

At the time, committee member Yoon Seok-myung said, “Based on the fact that the 2nd Financial Estimation Committee's 2008 decision was that the 3rd Financial Estimation Committee in 2013 must discuss a plan to introduce an automatic adjustment mechanism, he stressed the need to introduce an automatic adjustment mechanism.” However, its introduction fell through due to opposition from most committee members.
