In the case of the 4th meeting minutes,
Yun Seok-myeong, Honorary Research Fellow at the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs (KIHASA), who had proposed receiving work reports from government ministries,
and
the expressed view that receiving work reports from government ministries
would be a waste of time,
and that there was no need to receive such reports—
a statement attributed to Co-Chair Ju Eun-sun—gave rise to a disagreement over the exact wording recorded in the minutes,
which is hereby noted as the reason for the delay in formally approving the minutes. (Screenshots capturing the disputed portions of the minutes have been appended.)
