Back on February 24, 2025,

in the attached video,

Jin Sung-joon, chair of the Democratic Party of Korea's Policy Committee,

said that the automatic adjustment mechanism

should be discussed as part of structural reform.

The 22nd National Assembly's Special Committee on Pension Reform was extended by one year

and is scheduled to close in December 2026, yet

in that committee

the Democratic Party, on the introduction of an automatic adjustment mechanism,

has to this day not put forward a clear position.

Does it oppose introducing an automatic adjustment mechanism!

If so, why!

Why its position has changed must also

be explained in detail.
